Ratafia' with sour cherries

Ratafià is a liqueur that brings together fresh fruit, wine and alcohol, highlighting the freshness of the fruits; in this case the sour cherries. The sour cherries we use are from Lazio, fresh and with a sweet but slightly sour flavour. The Ratafià with sour cherries that we offer is a sweet liqueur that should be served between 10 and 15 degrees, never too hot or too cold, because it would highlight, both in one case and the other, strong notes of tannin.
