Excellent liqueur for after a meal. Strong but harmonious flavour, similar to anise but sweeter and much less pungent. Very delicate aftertaste. Classic Italian liqueur, apparently simple in production, in reality it requires experience and knowledge of this perennial plant that grows spontaneously in the Mediterranean areas. Wild fennel is harvested from August to September and for this very reason, once the supplies of the liqueur have run out, you will have to wait until the following year to taste it again.

Alcohol content: 30% vol.
Ingredients: Water, alcohol, sugar, wild fennel, vanilla, handcrafted with artisanal care.
