Eremus

Liqueur with a classic taste, with the right balance between pungent and spicy. It ranks right among the great liqueurs. The herbs that compose it, among which cardamom and balsamite stand out, are kept at a low temperature for a few days and then placed in warm cloths. The completely natural yellow color is given to it by the precious saffron; the purity of the countless herbs, the time necessary for its maturation and the complexity of the processing are the clear sign of a product from times gone by. Eremus is the classic liqueur which, in the 17th century, was produced in abbeys throughout Europe. It is with great pride that this ancient recipe is proposed again, with the hope that it will be loved as it once was.

Classification:Sweet liqueur
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Ingredients: Water, alcohol, sugar, infusion of 19 aromatic herbs, spices (nutmeg, calamus, coriander, mace, saffron...) handcrafted with artisanal care.
