Bitter Ginger

Ginger has an aromatic and pungent scent, similar to lemon, while on the palate it is very refreshing and slightly spicy, but be careful because dried ginger is said to be three times spicier than fresh ginger. It is widely used in biscuits and Christmas preparations. The possible combinations with this famous botanical are with orange, with blueberries but also with chocolate, honey or even with carrots.
