Bitter suitable for barbecues but not only. Perfect with carrots and courgettes, tomatoes and chickpeas or beans. A combination as unique as it is excellent with white chocolate. The flavor of this Rosemary Bitter is close to sage although there are many more notes of wild pine and it is sweeter. Very aromatic flavour. Pungent and strong odor.
