Bitter Jam Am

Very bitter and spicy, sweet and sour on the palate;  prepared with separate infusions of three botanicals for approximately 15 days. At the end of this time the three products are distilled and everything is macerated together again for another 10 days.  One of the longest flavorings in production but the result is surprising. Transparent mahogany color and beautiful golden reflections. The intense aroma  at times pungent, it exudes aromas of the Far East and marked hints of Central America. The palate confirms the olfactory impressions by discovering a pungent flavor of Cayenne pepper. Must try!!
