Bitter Habanera

Bitter bitter with "sugary" and acidic hints worked by dividing the botanicals into two groups with different degrees of maceration and refinement. Only after a month are they combined in the right proportions and then distilled once again and macerated all together until a perfectly balanced Bitter is obtained. Very strong and full-bodied spray, pungent and fresh. Red color with intense flashes. The nose fills with scents from the topical islands. The flavor is reminiscent of rhubarb with hints of coriander enriched by cardamom, with delicate references to cinnamon.
