Bitter Galanga can fully replace Ginger, of which it resembles the aroma and taste but only a little less intense. That said, this flavoring can be used anywhere: on fish, in soups to bring together contrasting flavors, on red meats or vegetable dishes. You can't live without Galanga in the kitchen!!
