Bitter Cardamom


Cardamom was already used by the ancient Romans and today it is the third most expensive spice in the world after saffron and vanilla. Fresh and pungent taste, strong, balsamic and warm aroma tending towards eucalyptus; it can be used on many dishes such as roast meat, rice, or to flavor tea, coffee and desserts. Bartenders really make intense use of it.
