Bitter Artichoke is a flavoring widely used in cocktails and has a wonderfully complex taste. The characteristic of the artichoke is that whatever you eat afterwards, it will be sweet. Bitter sweet flavor with a delicate, fresh and floral scent. Two macerations are needed to produce this bitter.
