Amaretto Barruell

It is a liqueur with a perfectly balanced sweet-bitter taste. Aging for over 4 months increases the splendid sensation of velvety taste. Excellent and much appreciated by the female public. Family history has it that this liqueur was one of the first born. In fact, Domenico Leardini sought his fortune in French-speaking Switzerland. A good shoemaker, he fell in love with a little blonde called Barruell. The two dated in secret a bit. She, from time to time, "forgot" a bottle of her liqueur on the young man's desk so that it would better counteract the rigors of the frost. The young man spent only one winter in Switzerland: the family needed him. The boys broke up and perhaps touched lips. Returning home, Domenico discovered the recipe in his jacket pocket that the girl had secretly let slip. He guarded it jealously and then made it happen. “You will call him Barruell” he said to his son Antonio handing him the recipe. Antonio Leardini will continue to "produce" it but only within the family. Today, browsing through the recipes left by his uncle Leonardo, Mauro found that same recipe from the Swiss blonde.

Ingredients: Water, Alcohol, Sugar, Infusion of 12 aromatic herbs and fruits (Red tea, black tea, elderberries and apricots...) handcrafted with artisanal care.
