This botanical finds its maximum splendor when paired with Thyme, Linden, Mint or Basil and gives us a pleasant, intense and sweet lemon aroma. In cooking it can be used with minced meat, whether pork, poultry or game. An almost unexpected use is in the preparation of desserts; thanks to its "lemony" flavour, it pairs perfectly with jams, fruit cakes but above all desserts such as panna cotta.
