Bitter Rhubarb


Perfect pairings with salads but Rhubarb goes great with almost all dishes and drinks. Put together with raw or cooked green leafy vegetables it is perfect, salads, lettuce, spinach.... Excellent paired with pecorino, gorgonzola, parmesan or simple ricotta. Pork meat such as ribs or sausages together with Bitter Rhubarb are a specialty, if we then add a vapor of Bitter Ginger we reach perfection. It is excellent with salmon. In short, it can be inserted anywhere.
