Well balanced, full-bodied and pungent juniper bitters. Its scent is very intense and aromatic balsamic while the flavor is acidic and sweet. It goes well with game. Even in drinks it is excellent for enhancing an aperitif or a bitter. The berries are harvested and dried in autumn in a single layer.
